The Coronavirus outbreak doesn't stop Interreg ALCOTRA IMPACT  project

Italy and France united also in the Covid-19 emergency. The emergency forced both Alba Accademia Alberghiera and the Faculté des Métiers Ecole Hotelière in Cannes to stop classroom lessons.

The Interreg ALCOTRA project IMPACT, however, does not stop. The know-how acquired thanks to the project becomes a precious treasure. The project technicians are already working to make the best use of digital teaching tools and to develop new online initiatives.

In April the territorial videos made in Cannes will be published. The first ones are already visible on the YouTube channel of the Faculté des Métiers (CANNES FDM).

We also expect updates to the Instagram page of the Accademia Alberghiera of Alba, the publication of thematic Flipbooks and a new video portal.

The number of video-lessons will be expanded and the project will host important local chefs as teachers, including Luciano Tona, director of the Accademia Bocuse d'Or Italia.

The students of the two cooking academies and all the friends of the project will be able to continue to follow in their footsteps and become passionate about great Italian and French cuisine.
