Il progetto IMPACT di Alba Accademia Alberghiera e dell’Ecole Hôtelière de Cannes è candidato ai Regiostars Awards 2020. I Regiostars premiano i migliori progetti finanziati dall'UE e vengono assegnati ai progetti realizzati in cinque categorie tematiche. Il progetto IMPACT, finanziato dal programma Interreg Francia-Italia (ALCOTRA), è candidato nella categoria “I giovani e la cooperazione oltre i confini - 30 anni di Interreg”.

LA CANDIDATURA

Il progetto IMPACT è il motore del gemellaggio didattico, enogastronomico e culturale che coinvolge Alba Accademia Alberghiera e la Faculté des Métiers École Hôtelière di Cannes e ha ottenuto la candidatura ufficiale ai Regiostars Awards per aver offerto opportunità di collaborazione tra giovani europei, italiani e francesi.
Il valore di questa collaborazione non è solo nell'aver valorizzato i loro talenti, ma anche nell'aver sviluppato una nuova coscienza transnazionale.

Il progetto IMPACT ha creato connessioni tra accademie di cucina, aziende locali, produttori, ristoratori, chef, istituzioni con una metodologia di insegnamento digitale e innovativa, ancora prima che l'emergenza Covid-19 la rendesse indispensabile.

IMPACT ha voluto dare un contributo importante alla formazione di una New European Generation. La candidatura al premio REGIOSTARS è dunque anche un riconoscimento della capacità del nostro territorio di innovare, preparare il futuro ed essere motore di cambiamento.

The IMPACT project of Alba Accademia Alberghiera and Ecole Hôtelière de Cannes is a candidate for the Regiostars Awards 2020. The Regiostars award the best EU-funded projects in five thematic categories. The IMPACT project, funded by the Interreg France-Italy programme (ALCOTRA), is nominated in the category "Youth empowerment for cooperation across borders - 30 years of Interreg".

The projects nominated for the Regiostars Awards will be evaluated by high-level academics who will crown the winners in each of the five categories. An additional "Audience Award" will then be assigned through an online vote. So your vote is valuable!

THE APPLICATION

The IMPACT project is the driving force behind the educational, food and wine and cultural twinning involving Alba Accademia Alberghiera and the Faculté des Métiers École Hôtelière in Cannes and has been officially nominated for the Regiostars Awards for offering opportunities for collaboration between young Europeans, Italians and French.

The value of this collaboration is not only in having enhanced their talents, but also in having developed a new transnational awareness.

The IMPACT project has created connections between cooking academies, local companies, producers, restaurateurs, chefs, institutions with a digital and innovative teaching methodology, even before the Covid-19 emergency made it indispensable.

IMPACT wanted to give an important contribution to the formation of a New European Generation. The nomination for the REGIOSTARS award is therefore also a recognition of the ability of our territory to innovate, prepare the future and be a driver of change.
